About

Hello! I’m deeply honored to continue the healing tradition my mother lovingly established at this clinic before her well-deserved retirement. My journey into Chinese medicine began with learning about Taoism which led me to my first qigong class around 2007. That’s when I began to notice that somehow these philosophies and meditation techniques were incredibly helpful in my own healing process. Soon after, my mother also encouraged me to study Auricular Medicine (ear seeds) with her respected teacher, Dr. Li-Chun Huang, which led to my initial certification in 2009. All of this awakened a profound passion for the art of healing that would eventually lead me to pursue formal education at the Academy of Chinese Medicine and Health Sciences in Oakland, where I earned my Master’s degree in 2021. After a short break, I became a licensed acupuncturist in 2022. In 2023, I earned my Doctorate from Pacific College of Health and Science. Having grown up immersed in the world of Traditional Chinese Medicine, I’ve been privileged to inherit not only my mother’s deep commitment to compassionate, personalized care, but also her specialized techniques in myofascial release—invaluable tools that have proven particularly effective for treating neck and back pain, repetitive motion injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. Additionally, I’m certified in facial acupuncture and microneedling through training with Michelle Gellis, who provided me with excellent techniques for both medical and cosmetic concerns. Philosophy

At the heart of my approach is a deep respect for the wisdom of the ancient teachings as well as the inner wisdom within each individual soul. My personal journey with Taoist philosophy principles and qigong has spanned over 15 years, shaping my understanding of the delicate balance of mental and physical health. Walking this path has instilled within me the belief that every individual has the potential to tap into their inner guiding wisdom for deeper healing. My approach emphasizes the importance of meeting people where they are. No two paths are alike and every healing process is unique. I’m dedicated to practicing deep listening to understand where you are in your journey, and to help guide you towards unlocking your inner potential for healing and wellbeing.
