Karen Roth is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Ayurvedic Practitioner who specializes in preventive medicine, with a special interest in post menopausal health. Additionally trained in the principles of yoga and meditation, Karen bridges the worlds of east and west with innovative, evidenced-based protocols designed to accelerate health outcomes. While focused on Lifestyle Medicine, she is an advocate of nutritional supplementation and herbal support from Sri Sri Tattva as needed to correct nutritional deficiencies. She regularly speaks at hospitals, community organizations, and corporations. Karen received her Masters in Public and Population Health at USC. Currently living in the bay area, she enjoys cooking, reading and spending time with friends/family.
